Prices of\nresidential properties in Egypt are set to continue hiking in 2019, despite the\nrising trends geared towards decreasing prices, including the provision of\nsmaller properties, more flexible payment methods, and the emerging demand on\nEgyptian real estate from foreign buyers, Invest-Gate reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Founder of\nMena Group Fathallah Fawzi said 2019 is expected to usher local and foreign\nreal estate investment into the north African country, thanks to the recently\nadopted economic reforms, as well as, growth in the Egyptian property sector,\naccording to an official statement by Cityscape Egypt on March 5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cGovernment\nplans and the unprecedented development in the real estate sector over the past\nfour years in President Sisi\u2019s era should encourage more companies to get\ninvolved in achieving the country\u2019s plan for urban development,\u201d said Fawzi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Overseas\ninvestment demand is also anticipated to be spurred by a recent ranking\nforecast for Egypt by Standard Chartered Bank, which places the north African\ncountry as the world\u2019s seventh largest economy by 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These trends,\namong others, are to be spotlighted at Cityscape Egypt \u2013 the largest networking\nexhibition and conference on property development \u2013 which will be held at Egypt\nInternational Exhibition Center (EIEC) from March 27-30, hosting over 60\ndevelopers to tender competitive offerings to a market with an annual\nresidential demand in excess of 900,000 units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Egyptian\nparticipating developers include Hyde Park Developments, Palm Hills\nDevelopments, Iwan Developments, Talaat Mostafa Group Holding (TMG Holding),\nTatweer Misr, Emaar Misr, City Edge Developments, Orascom Development Egypt, to\nname a few, the statement revealed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
