The park is the largest in the financial district and has reading, entertainment and relaxation areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moreover, the chairman of &#8220;Investwell&#8221; elaborated that the company has conducted the necessary market studies before implementing Avalon project in the New Capital to understand the needs of the clients that affect their decision to invest in an administrative project, especially in light of the high competition in the financial district, pointing out that the company has studied the current status of the administrative projects as well as their future developments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote has-text-align-left is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>These studies included the preferred space for the target audiences and the best services that they need, as well as the essential elements of sustainability to ensure long building life, in addition to the best ways to help our clients achieve exceptional return on investment. As well, its suitability with the environment of investment and work in the New Administrative Capital as one of the smart cities which has adopted a pioneering technology that currently is implemented by Egypt \u201cHe said\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He also pointed to the sought the assistance of the &#8220;Distance Studio&#8221; company specialized in designing administrative buildings, which has developed a distinctive design for the project, making about 99% of it overlook distinctive external facades. The front building facade overlooks the Presidential Palace with a length of 170m, while the rear facade of the project is overlooking a 12000 m garden Meter, which guarantees distinct facades for all administrative offices in the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He continued saying that the project includes distinguished services, such as, meeting rooms with various spaces on the ground floor, cafes, show rooms, serviced offices with the possibility of combining several rooms to ensure a larger space, the spaces starting from 70 meters in the building, which is the space that is highly popular with the target customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He also elaborated that the units are finished with basic finishes allowing the customer to choose the type of the final finishes that suit his needs, clarifying that a specialized company will take over the management of the building after its completion, to ensure the maximum quality and sustainability of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project offers luxury units in the Financial District for administrative purposes only, and for the first time in the Egyptian real estate market, it includes executive offices to ensure greater luxury for customers and multinational companies and get the highest rental value for the offices.
